Rhydon, as seen in its natural habitat. Fully evolved this pokemon has the capacity to stand on its hindquarters but gets quick bursts of acceleration through the ability to walk on all fours. Thought to have been made out of stone, this is naturally a myth but their composition could resemble closely to rock. With a thick bone structure their foundation is able to withstand the damage they create and protect themselves from; their organs are abnormally thick without exception to their outer layer of skin which is nearly tough enough to withstand any weapon. They have exceptional hearing and decent eyesight but are prone to a hairpin trigger of hostility or anger which gets them into more trouble than its really worth most of the time; this is more prevalent in the males of the species which lends to a majority of males having more scarring and some having broken horns (like the one pictured here). This form of damage only happens between fellow Rhydons as only matched strength can do such damage to these formidable tanks on legs.
I decided to continue with my quick practices and tossed in my very first digital background made entirely by me...I dunno how I feel about it but I think it fits the scene rather well!
Granted...I will probably checking out tutorials on this sort of stuff soon haha.
